Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your CHENSHA piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Custom-designed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each creation is uniquely handcrafted to your specifications, making it non-resalable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Cinnabar (朱砂) is a naturally occurring mineral with over 2,000 years of history in Chinese culture. Our cinnabar pieces are processed to ensure safety — they contain stabilized cinnabar pigment sealed in a protective layer, making them completely safe for daily wear.
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist bone. Add 1–2 cm for a comfortable fit. Our bracelets are adjustable with a sliding knot for a perfect fit.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Orders over $99 ship free within the United States. All international orders include tracking information.
Custom-designed pieces are made-to-order and are therefore final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom creations. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
